If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site or submit engagement requests. Additional written statements of work may apply to paid engagements and prevail where they conflict with this page on project-specific points.
Services described
Pages describe healthcare operations reporting and patient flow analytics engagements offered by Instance Flowhub. Site content is informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding remain the property of Instance Flowhub. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal hospital or clinic use unless the statement of work states otherwise. You may not republish our site materials as your own.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may ignore or remove abusive submissions.
Liability
Engagements provide operational analysis and reporting support. They are not clinical advice, medical diagnosis, or a substitute for licensed clinical judgment. To the fullest extent permitted under Georgian law, Instance Flowhub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from decisions made solely on the basis of our reports without your internal review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (GE). Courts in Tbilisi have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from engagements, unless a statement of work names another forum.
