Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal obligation. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable archive period afterward.

Patient data in engagements
Operational extracts shared during assessments should be de-identified wherever possible. Client facilities remain responsible for lawful sharing of any health-related data with us under their own policies.
