Cookies policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones Instance Flowhub uses, and how you can accept or reject optional cookies. See also our privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used.
Types we use
Essential cookies store your cookie consent choice so the banner does not reappear on every visit. The site works if you reject analytics cookies.
Analytics cookies may be used only after you accept, to understand aggregate visit patterns. Rejecting them does not block forms, navigation, or engagement enquiries.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| instance-flowhub-cookie-consent | Stores Accept or Reject preference for the cookie banner (localStorage key) | Until cleared by you | Instance Flowhub |
| _ifa_analytics (optional) | Aggregate page-view counts when analytics are accepted | 6 months | Instance Flowhub |
Managing cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset the choice. Browser controls can also block cookies entirely; essential site features that rely on local preference storage may then re-show the banner.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. Images may load from public image hosts. Those providers may process technical connection data under their own policies.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics cookies does not remove access to engagements information, contact forms, or field notes. Only optional measurement is affected.
